  • Dr. Charles Conley

Originally from Memphis, Dr. Conley attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville for both his undergraduate and graduate work. He graduated in 1981 with a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in Medicine and Surgery. After a year spent working at a small animal clinic in Knoxville, he came to Chattanooga and began working at the Red Bank Animal Clinic. On May 1, 1999 the current 4000 square foot hospital was opened. Dr. Conley has done mixed animal work, emergency medicine, and he has served twice as President of the Hamilton County Veterinary Association.

Dr. Conley has been married to his wife Lisa since 1978 and they have two daughters, Adrienne and Michelle. He adores his family and loves spending time with them, but on a really beautiful day he might be found indulging his other passion by taking a couple of hours to go play a few holes of golf (or at least hit a bucket of balls). He also loves classic movies and is very hard to beat when it comes to film trivia!

  • Dr. Michael Wilke

Dr. Wilke attended Auburn University, he graduated in 1985 with a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine.  Dr. Wilke has been at RBAH since 2000.  Originally from Montgomery, AL, he and his wife Marilyn have lived in the Chattanooga area since 1985.  Their two grown children have 'flown the coop', but they have a cat named Mardi Gras who keeps them busy and their home mouse-free.  Dr. Wilke has particular interest in dermatology and internal medicine.  In his free time, he enjoys listening to music (on vinyl!), ham radio, and tinkering with engines and machinery.

  • Dr. Liz Boggan

Dr. Boggan graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in 2007. Before coming to Red Bank Animal Hospital in 2010, she worked at a mixed animal practice in North Georgia. Prior to vet school, she worked for 8 years at The Baylor School as a dorm parent and math teacher.

Originally from a Chicago suburb, she enjoys living in the south. She keeps her hand in large animal work by caring for her two miniature donkeys and three goats. She also has two dogs. Dr. Boggan's free-time is generally spent catering to the needs of her (generally very unappreciative!) animals, though she enjoys gardening, reading, and hiking when she does get a few spare minutes.

  • Dr. Melissa Swift

Melissa attended Auburn University for both undergraduate and veterinary school.  She graduated from Auburn with her Doctorate in 2011.  After 4 years of working at a mixed animal practice near Auburn, Alabama, she and her family moved to the Chattanooga area and bought a small farm.  She joined our team in 2016.  Melissa has been married to her husband, Robert, since 2011, and they have two gorgeous daughters.  Melissa has three labs, Mr. Wade, Sammie and Birdie, that love their new life as farm dogs.  In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, discovering new hiking trails in the area, and is trying to develop a green thumb.

  • Marsha

    Practice Manager

Marsha joined our team in April 1990. She was raised up north just outside of Chicago but moved south in 1979 and never looked back. Her children, Joshua and Leah and her step sons, Len and Brad are all grown. She and her husband, Leonard, are very happy empty nesters with three beautiful grandchildren, Sammy, Owen and Nevaeh. We can't leave out her wonderful son-in-law, Ben and daughter-in law, Stephanie. The only "kid" at home is her dog, Max. Marsha loves to cook and is admittedly a Food Networkaholic. The best part about Red Bank Animal Hospital is all the friends she has made through the years with doctors, co-workers and clients.

  • Cameron

    Licensed Veterinary Medical Technician

Cameron has worked in the veterinary field since 1998. She graduated with an Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology in 2010.
She possesses a great compassion and empathy for all animals (except bugs). Cameron's training and continued learning proves her commitment to companion animal health. Her pets include a Labrador Retriever, Ponyo and Agent 67, a Ragdoll Cat. They are her four legged children.
In her spare time she enjoys going to dinner with friends and family. Cameron's hobbies include creating greeting cards, exercising and photography. She also takes great pleasure in sarcasm and irony. Cameron is easily the funniest member of the RBAH family.

  • Jordan

    Licensed Veterinary Medical Technician

Jordan graduated with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Veterinary Technology in 2012, and has been at RBAH since graduation.  She got married in 2012, she and her husband plan to travel to as many places as possible.  Her "kids" include a large mixed breed dog named Bella, and two horses, Comet and Scooby.  Jordan likes to say she lives in a barn... because she truly lives in a 3-horse stable that has an apartment upstairs.  Her hobbies are horseback riding, exercising and reading.

  • Michelle

    Licensed Veterinary Medical Technician

Michelle has worked with RBAH since May 2004, and has an Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology degree as of May 2008. Chattanooga State is where she obtained her degree and could not imagine doing anything else.
Michelle has several fur babies; a lab named Gypsy, one cat named Jax John Wayne, fish and aquatic frogs. In her spare time she loves stealing her friends advice, eating, and exercising- especially running.

  • Katie

    Licensed Veterinary Medical Technician

Katie graduated with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Veterinary Technology from Chattanooga State in 2018, and joined our team quickly after!  She has 2 dogs, Jasper and Gemma.  She also has 2 Chinchillas.  When she isn't working she enjoys being outdoors, hiking and drawing.  Katie says one of her favorite parts of working here is the relationships she has built with our employees and clients.
  • Kayla

    Licensed Veterinary Medical Technician

Kayla graduated with Honors from Chattanooga State in 2018.  She has an Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology Degree.  She joined us at RBAH in May 2018.  She is a Pug lover, we often find her stealing kisses from Pug patients (hence her photo). When we don't have her busy here -she loves to hike, read (Sci-Fi and Fantasy) and spend time with her friends and family.  Kayla's favorite part about working at RBAH is that every day presents a new challenge and nothing is ever the same!

  • Becky

Becky has been with our organization since 2000.  She has two children and five grandchildren.  Becky's only fur baby is a Husky named  Maybelline.  She likes to spend her time away from work with her family and her church.

  • Jennifer

Jennifer has been at RBAH since 2006. She is the proud mother of two boys, Christopher and Jacobb.  Her animals include three cats, a Dachshund mix named P-Nut, and an English Bulldog named Panda.  She really enjoys her job, because she gets to help people.  Jennifer spends all of her spare time with her children and family.

  • Angela

    Kennel Technician

Angela has been at RBAH since 2011.  She adores working in the kennel, "mothering" all the animals.  Her passion is being hands on with the animals. She has been married to her husband, Thomas, since 1995.  She has three cats; Sunshine, Sting (he only has one eye) and Bocephus.  Angela always ensures every pet has a stuffed animal in their cage while visiting us.  Her hobbies are reading, shopping and couponing.

  • Dameon

    Kennel Technician

Dameon joined our team in 2012, although he has always been around dogs.  He even volunteered for us when he was much younger.  Dameon has a Bachelor degree in Fine Arts for textile designs from Savannah College of Art and Design.  His only pet (besides the ones he cares for here daily) is a Rottweiler named Trisha.  He loves comic books, art and enjoys watching sports when he isn't here playing with the animals.  We can always count on him for some funny selfies with our patients.

  • Rachel

    Receptionist/Kennel Technician

Rachel joined RBAH in February 2019.  She wanted to be a veterinarian when she was younger and says she's blessed to be a part of the RBAH team!  She never stops moving, and loves to stay busy.  She gets to see the clients as a receptionist and gets to love on the animals while in kennel.  Rachel's daughter is the light of her life.  When we don't have her busy here, she enjoys being outdoors, spending time with family and creating nail art.
