Comments : I drive by RBAH every day, to and from work and have enjoyed the quips on your sign and laughed out loud at many of them. This past week while cat-sitting for close friends - their 13 yr. old cat Bessie who had been experiencing some health issues earlier in the month - became much sicker while they were on a cruise. The doctors and staff at RBAH were absolutely amazing in their care, concern and expertise with Bessie. They answered all our questions and kept Bessie comfortable while waiting for her owners to come to port so we could contact them. When Bessie's family made the very difficult decision to euthanize her and end her suffering before their return - Dr. Conley and his coworkers allowed me to stay with her while she closed this chapter of her life. Everyone I met at RBAH filled her last days with expert care and loving concern. Thank you for being there for this mature lady cat and for allowing us to be with her up until the end. You were all fantastic and your facility is cleaner than most human doctor's offices I have visited. What an amazing place.

Posted : 3/8/2010 Comments : We just wanted to thank you all for taking such great care if my girls, Daisy and Sally. Every time I (Nancy) call (which is often) and come in (equally as often), you all treat us with such warmness and hospitality. Having such a loving, kind place to bring our four-legged loved ones has made our move to Chattanooga very easy. Dr. Kolb is such a gem...we just love her :)

My husband and I have used their services ever since our cat Andy was treated several years ago there. They helped us with our rescued handicapped kitten, Christina, and nursed her back to good health.

Posted : 1/16/2009 Comments : Our family has been connected to RBAH for years. YOu guys have seen us through four passings of kitties Baby, Mama, Friskie, and Honey. You have welcomed our new pups, Jeb and Rusty, new kitties, Summer, Dixie, Ozzy, as well as our older kitties, Mouse and Kitten. And Sammy will be joining the RBAH family very soon. You all have been so welcoming and caring during the times of loss, scary illnesses, and new beginnings. Thanks.

Posted : 1/2/2009 Comments : Dr Kolb is by far one of the best vets we have had treat our animals, She is compassionate and caring and helped us greatly with the loss of our little Munchkin. The staff is great and we appreciate everything they have done for us. Thanks again guys your the best.
