Prescription Refills

In our ongoing effort to make your pet's healthcare as convenient and easy as possible, you can now request a refill for your pet's prescription by submitting the following form at least 24 hours in advance of the estimated pick-up time. Please be sure to fill in all the requested information completely. The prescription refill must be approved by a doctor prior to being filled.

We will notify you via email or phone when your pet's prescription is approved and ready to be picked up. We will also inform you of the total cost of the prescription.  You may either pay with a credit/debit/ATM card by phone or pay at the time of pick-up.  If you would prefer to have the prescription mailed to you, please mention this in the "Additional Comments" area, and we will contact you as soon as possible to verify the necessary information.
